We are looking to bring a strong Senior Service Designer into our Experience Design team at Fierce to be a part of a growing team of passionate strategic and empathetic thinkers who envision and craft outstanding and value driven services based on deep understanding of customer needs, technical constraints and business objectives.
You should be comfortable planning and leading client workshops and research activities with the wider team, understanding, analysing and mapping complex journeys and processes, synthesising and presenting your findings and articulating your design rationale to help take stakeholders on a journey, educating them along the way.
At Fierce we’ve been working remotely for the past year, embracing location flexibility fully. We’ve opened our office in London, while continuing to explore how a hybrid working environment can work. We currently expect our team to be working in the office 3 days a week.
